Editorial Team

The Axomexam Editorial Team: who plans, writes, fact-checks and reviews the bilingual study material published on axomexam.in.

Every page on axomexam.in is produced and checked by the Axomexam Editorial Team. The team is small and works only on study material for this platform. This page explains the roles involved, the review workflow, and the standards every contributor agrees to follow.

Roles in the editorial team

  • Content planning and syllabus mapping. Tracks official notifications and syllabi, decides which topics belong to which exam section, and retires material that is no longer part of the syllabus.
  • Subject writers. Prepare questions, answers and step-by-step explanations in General Knowledge, Mathematics, General Science, Reasoning, General English, Computer Awareness and current affairs.
  • Assamese language reviewer. Checks the Assamese version for correct terminology, spelling and natural usage, and makes sure it matches the English version in scope.
  • Fact-check and quality review. Verifies facts, dates, names and numerical answers against official notifications, public question papers and standard reference material before publishing.
  • Technical review. Checks page structure, mobile readability, search, downloadable files and accessibility of the published page.

How a page is reviewed

  1. The topic is matched to the official syllabus or notification.
  2. A draft is written in English and Assamese with answers and explanations.
  3. A second reviewer checks the facts and the working of every numerical or reasoning question.
  4. The Assamese text is reviewed for language quality.
  5. The page is published with a published date and a last-updated date, and is revisited when the exam pattern changes.

The full process, including our policy on AI-assisted drafting, is described in the editorial policy.

Standards every contributor follows

  • Write original explanations; do not copy text, questions or notes from commercial books or other websites.
  • Check facts against official or public sources and do not present an unverified claim as fact.
  • Show the working for numerical and reasoning questions, not only the answer.
  • Keep the English and Assamese versions equivalent in coverage and difficulty.
  • Correct reported errors promptly and record the change.
  • Keep advertising and editorial decisions separate.

Independence and funding

axomexam.in is independently run and free to use. It is funded by advertising and does not accept payment for including any exam, coaching institute, book or product in its study material. Team members do not publish sponsored material as editorial content.
