axomexam.in publishes free bilingual study material for Assam state recruitment examinations and for central examinations that are popular in Assam. This page explains who prepares that material, how it is checked, which sources are used, how errors are corrected, and how advertising is kept separate from editorial decisions. It applies to every question bank, mock test, previous year paper, e-book, PDF note and article published on this website.
Who prepares the content
Content is planned and reviewed by the Axomexam Editorial Team, which works only on study material for this platform. Every page is checked by a subject reviewer and, for Assamese text, by a language reviewer before it is published. We do not accept payment from coaching institutes, publishers or exam portals in exchange for including their material, and no sponsored page is presented as study content.
How a page is created
- Syllabus mapping. Each section is first matched to the official syllabus or notification of the examination it supports, so that the topics on the page are the topics that the paper actually tests.
- Drafting. Questions, answers and explanations are written in plain language. Wherever a numerical or reasoning question needs working, the steps are shown instead of only the final answer. English and Assamese versions are prepared together so that the two versions cover the same material.
- Fact-checking. Facts, dates, names and numerical answers are cross-checked against official notifications and government portals, public previous year question papers, and standard school or reference material. A statement that cannot be verified is not published as fact.
- Language review. The Assamese version is read for correct terminology, spelling and natural usage, not merely translated word for word. Technical terms are kept in the form used in Assamese exam papers.
- Publishing and review. Each page carries a published date and a last-updated date. Content is reviewed again when a syllabus, exam pattern or official notification changes.
Sources we use
We rely on primary and publicly available material: official recruitment notifications and corrigenda, official exam portals, public previous year question papers, and standard school-level textbooks. A list of the official portals we monitor is maintained on the official sources page.
We do not reproduce chapters, question banks or explanatory text from commercial books. Where a topic is commonly explained in a particular way, we write our own explanation and check it against the syllabus and public material. References to third-party publications are not used as a substitute for our own verification.
Use of AI-assisted tools
Like many modern publishers, we use software, including AI language tools, to help draft, format and translate text. These tools are used as drafting aids only. Every published page is reviewed by a person before it goes live, facts are checked against the sources described above, and the editorial team is responsible for what is published. We do not auto-publish unreviewed machine output, and we do not use AI tools to invent exam notifications, dates or results.
Accuracy, corrections and updates
Examination details change often. If you find a wrong answer, an outdated fact, a broken link or a translation error, write to axomexam@outlook.com with the page address and the correct information. We verify every report against a source before changing a page, and we aim to reply within two to three working days. Corrections are made on the live page and the last-updated date is changed. A record of major changes is kept on the content updates page.
axomexam.in is an independent study aid. It is not a government portal and does not represent any recruitment board. Always confirm eligibility, dates and the exam pattern from the official notification before applying.
Advertising and editorial independence
The website is free to use and is supported by advertising. Advertising is served by third-party networks and is clearly distinguishable from editorial content. Advertisers do not review, approve or influence study material, and the presence of an advertisement is not an endorsement of the advertised product.
We do not place advertising on error pages, redirect pages, search results or other screens that contain no study content. Pages that carry advertising contain the full topic material described above, not a summary written only to host ads.
